Full Home Renovation
After spending 3 months researching the capabilities of local LD contractors, we chose Construcciones Molina for the renovation of our Villa 184. This project consisted of tearing down about 60% of the existing structure, expanding the house by about 70% and complete 100% re-building to essentially a brand new Villa.
In short, they did an awesome job, and with COVID, communicated with me sometimes daily to ensure their work complied with my expectations. They are the best there is.

If you are familiar with the phrase “a dream come true” then I can’t emphasize enough that this is what Construcciones Molina has achieved for me.

It began with a variety of concept photos that I provided for the pool, casita, outdoor shower, storage shed, landscaping, lighting and aesthetic finishings. From that, came a plan and architectural drawings. Fulvio and Tino met with me to review, modify and discuss every step through the construction process. Juanjo, the Customer Service assistant provided a valuable translation service, a good eye for design and provided computer generated renderings.

I have to share my positive experience with the Molina company. From day one they have been professional and respectful during the construction process. I personally appreciate the addition of Juan Jose their English -Spanish liaison. Having Juan available to answer questions and have him translate it properly to the construction team or even the company owner Fulvio has been a great asset. I initially had planed on a pool location but after some planning and discussion with us all it was moved and I couldn't be happier. I also greatly appreciate having progress photos sent to me through out the stages. Living in Canada and building in Costa Risa can be stressful but I can attest that this team takes the stress out of it and builds confidence. I can't wait to see the finished product!! Thanks again everyone for the great work.
