Construction

General contractors for new home construction, including permit requisition, subcontracting with electricians, carpenters, roofers, etc… We take your dreams from concept to turn-key move in ready.

Renovation

Need repairs or major renovations, we will asses your requirements, make suggestions where appropriate and once the scope of work is clearly defined, we will prepare a detailed proposal.

Pools

We are regionally renown for being the “go-to-guys” for concrete pool construction. In fact, we have built in excess of 40 of the existing concrete pools in Los Delfines. We do not do plastic pools, ever.

Landscaping

Finish your project with landscaping by CM. We develop yard concepts in Sketchup for your review and approval, with a details of the native plants and shrubs to be installed. Also, we only use high quality grass imported from San Jose, which is what North Americans are used to.

Molina Construcciones (MC) is a regional construction company specializing in home construction and renovations, concrete pool constructions, landscaping and other related works. Our senior personnel, Fulvio and “Tino” Molina have been working in Los Delfines since its inception circa 2000. With 30+ years of experience in construction, we have acquired a very significant amount of knowledge that has allowed us to work with the ministry of education in the construction of schools and even government contracts.
