Project Highlights

• Complete renovation of Villa #184 including a 70% expansion of the building footprint, extension by 6 m of the structural steel roof, complete replacement of the entire roof, open space living kitchen area with vaulted Teak wood ceiling, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new walls and ceilings, installation of a “quincho” (BarBQ area) with an Argentinean style grill, back terrace complete enclosed in a 10 m wide mosquito screening system (completely open, or completely closed), rehabilitation of “heart-shaped pool”, outdoor shower, conversion of the former rancho into a gymnasium, landscaping project including outdoor lighting design.
